FAQ- Shipping and Returns

Thank you for your purchase with Morgan Alexander. Not your style or fit? No problem! As a Morgan Alexander customer, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We believe you must love your purchase; if not, we'll make it right. We provide an easy way to return items for either a full refund or in-store credit for future purchases.

All returns must be sent through the postal service within 30 days of purchase. There are no Morgan Alexander stores at this time.

Shipping and Returns

We are happy to issue a store credit or refund on unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed clothing. Merchandise must include all tags and accessories. All swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner; we cannot accept products if the liner is taken out. Please try on your Morgan Alexander items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.

The customer will cover shipping fees for all returns. To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged Merchandise

In the event your merchandise is damaged or defective, please get in touch with us to find the right solution. To ensure your items get to the right place, provide us the information below:

1) Your order number

2) Product name or SKU number/Product code (you can find this in your confirmation email)

3) Describe the damage/defects and provide clear photos

I received the wrong size. What should I do?

Don't worry. We've got you covered. We're here to help you find the perfect size. Remember, exchanges must be placed within 30 days of the delivery date.

1) Please contact us via the "contact us" or email, including your exchange request. We'll reach out and send exchange instructions within 24 hours.

2) We will reply to your request and provide refund options at that time. You will be required to reply with your selected refund option to proceed.

3) You will ship the item(s) to the return address provided and then share the shipment tracking information with us.

4) Once your package is received, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Where Should I Send My Returns?

Once you contact Morgan Alexander, we will provide return shipping address information in the instructions.

What is the process for a return or exchange?

Suppose you are not satisfied with a product due to style or fit. In that case, we will refund your purchase for the total price or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and the protective hygiene sticker for a full refund. After 30 days, you are eligible for an in-store credit. Please remember, it is important to try on swimwear over underwear.

Does the customer use their own packaging for return shipping?

Yes. Please return to Morgan Alexander in a shipping box. Is there a timeframe in which the item can be returned or exchanged? Yes, within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. After 30 days, you are eligible for in-store credit.

Who pays for shipping?

Sorry, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do you cancel an order?
